Mark Rodiles-Peterson, Esq Mark is a Bay Area native and currently lives in San Mateo County. He graduated with his Bachelors Degree from the University of California, San Diego and earned his J.D. at the University of San Francisco, School of Law. During law school Mark clerked for Administrative Law Judges at the Fair Employment and Housing Commission and interned at Brownstein Thomas LLP, where he practiced employment litigation and general civil litigation. While working as an associate at a local estate planning law firm, Mark developed an interest in estate planning and elder law. He later went on to open his own law practice where he has been helping his clients navigate the increasingly complex field of estate planning. He currently serves as Of Counsel to Wade Law Offices and represents clients throughout the Bay Area. Mark is a member of the Trusts and Estates section for both the Bar Association of San Mateo County and the California State Bar Association, and has developed a specialty in the field of estate planning. In an effort to help low-income clients, Mark volunteers at the Bar Association of San Francisco's Consumer Debt Clinic, where he advises consumers burdened with debt and who are being sued and harassed by major credit card companies. Mark also volunteers with BASF's Family Law Clinic where he provides pro bono representation for low-income individuals going through divorces and child custody battles. Mark continues to practice law in Pacifica and serves San Mateo County, San Francisco County, Santa Clara County and the East Bay. He appreciates meeting new clients from all walks of life and enjoys helping his clients feel secure about their future.
